Where are my magazines?

Great app until I get a new device and the app has lost track of my past subscriptions. Dont use this app if you want to keep archives of past purchased magazines. It has lost mine.
My iTunes account has a record of my past subscriptions and still shows them. When I browse to the magazine in iTunes it says "open" rather than "buy and opens the Bonnier app, but the Bonnier app cant make the connection. There is very minimal help available. It was great until it lost everything. Now Im out $$$ until I find a number to call which is not in the App Help.
