Must have connection

You must have a connection to read what youve already downloaded. Wrote the company twice with not even a we received your email reply. They really must be joking... The price is the same as if I went online and had them mail me the magazines. Yet Ive downloaded the magazine and then have to find wifi to use read it. Ridiculous!
