The issues don’t download and it wont let me cancel online

Can’t ever view the most recent issue. I have a subscription through iTunes but when attempting to read the latest issue Im prompted to “buy” or “subscribe.” Neither option works. I just get an error message stating “the website is experiencing issues”. Guess I’ll just always be a quarter behind…

Loved this magazine for decades and it’s great to have an app that lets me access back issues. In this day and age we need to keep our sacred rights and traditions alive and this magazine helps do that

Have ensured I have subscribed via the App Store but the new issue will not add to my library, and just continues to prompt me to subscribe. Some older issues that do appear in my library also will not load. Customer support has been sub-par as well.

Are you going to update your old issues? It looks like you haven’t done anything since 2014!!!

I have had this for several years then after an update i lost all my downloaded issues and cant recover them

I have the same issue as another reviewer. The app doesn’t let me download new issues and I have received nothing from their help line.

Once I push download on a certain issue, I can not go back to the main screen. PLEASE fix issue.

I must say any Bonnier app that I have TRIED to use with my print subscription did not-does not-will not work. OL, F&S and PopSci all are basically worthless for print subscribers.

App worked great for about 8 months then stopped giving me the option to download new issues, only giving me a choice between buying an issue or subscribing even though my subscription is still active. Tried restarting phone, logging off and back on, uninstalling and reinstalling app, etc. Emailed the provided support address with no reply. Going to permanently uninstall if issue is not resolved soon.

Does work...can't get anything to load in my account..

I have installed this app on both my iPhone and iPad. It works on my iPad, but will not launch on iPhone. It keeps taking me to the sign in screen.

I purchased a subscription months ago, and it will not let me log in and download the magazine. Also, I have reported this and have not received a response back. Very disappointed because I love this magazine

Does not launch, magazines there one time, missing the next.

Download then try to open issue and loops back to prior screen. Only issue with new issues, older ones seem to open. Let's get fixed please.

Every time I go to read the magazines I've purchased since the new iOS it shuts down. Let's get this fixed

This magazine along with several others is still having issues with IOS8.. When will it get updated? no one at the magazine responds to emails...

I just payed for a subscription and I can't get it to work. I should have read the reviews first. iTunes screws me again. Same thing happened with Dirtrider Magazine.

Won't load the September issue. Program crashes when trying to open. Emails to customer service go unanswered. Will be asking for refund.

Started my subscription in August, great magazine cover to cover. Now September won't open.....very expensive August Issue! Would be nice to get some customer support. Hello is anybody there?

Attempting to download the Sept 2014 issue crashes the app. This has been going on for ~3 weeks. There’s no support contact in the app (or anywhere else near as I can tell) so I assume just wait around until it’s fixed?

It worked fine until the September 2014 issue. Now all it does is crash! There us no way to contact anyone that there is a problem with the App! I want my money back!

Everything was great until this last issue. Now the App crashes every time I try to open the new magazine. Tried to go to APP SUPPORT but the link goes to a "page not found message". I can't read the magazine I paid for and it appears I can't tell anyone about it either.

Great app until I get a new device and the app has lost track of my past subscriptions. Don't use this app if you want to keep archives of past purchased magazines. It has lost mine. My iTunes account has a record of my past subscriptions and still shows them. When I browse to the magazine in iTunes it says "open" rather than "buy and opens the Bonnier app, but the Bonnier app can't make the connection. There is very minimal help available. It was great until it lost everything. Now I'm out $$$ until I find a number to call which is not in the App Help.

It's good to learn about the outdoors especially if you have never seen its beautiful glory before

I'm jumping ship and am going to order books and magazines from the Kindle Store. It's a pain to order content from Kindle on iOS, but at least you can actually view the content you've paid for.

The visuals in this app are outstanding -- pictures really come to life. This is a perfect app for anybody interested in hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.

When I try to restore my updates it prompts me to create a "sandbox" account! What gives? I can't get my issues.

I just wanted to have all my magazines in digital format. This is by far the worst one. The app crashes numerous times before it will open. Once you are lucky enough to get into the app it takes a miracle to get it to update to the current issue each month. Downloading the issue is pretty seamless minus the fact that you can not start reading until it is fully downloaded as it will pause the download the moment you open the magazine. I have never been able to read a full issue without the app crashing several times. Once the issue has been read my notification stays on alerting me of a new issue. The app needs several updates!

One star is too many. I purchased an issue in the app, and it won't let me download it. I created an account on their website and tried to log in with it, thinking maybe I could download it then. That didn't work either. So I just wasted $3.99 on a stupid magazine that I'll never be able to read.

This is all I get I mean I didn't even read it it was all getting stuff where's all the reading I can't believe that I downloaded that game I should have non that it would be so dome do not download it

The preview is awful. I thought I'd get to see a full issue, but it's totally lame. You get to see the headline and a picture on the first page of the story and get cut off from there. Uninstalling.

As always these magazines need to take a cue from Sports Illustrated and let print subscribers enjoy the digital edition for free.

You must have a connection to read what you've already downloaded. Wrote the company twice with not even a 'we received your email' reply. They really must be joking... The price is the same as if I went online and had them mail me the magazines. Yet I've downloaded the magazine and then have to find wifi to use read it. Ridiculous!

Subscription only good for 2 months, then tried to charge me full price for what was paid for. Thieves...

I've always liked Outdoor Life and the app looks great. Hopefully the developer takes advantage of the interactive opportunities in the iPad format in the future. For now, it's just a digital version of the magazine (no links or interactive features) but still cool.
